Who pays for Keyova?+
Landlords and property managers. Tenants and service workers always use Keyova free of charge.
When does billing start?+
Only once a lease is signed by both parties. Vacant units and draft leases are never billed.
Are in-app signatures legally valid?+
Keyova records signer identity, timestamp and a tamper-evident audit trail for each signature, in line with Rwanda's law governing electronic messages, signatures and transactions.
How is identity data protected?+
KYC evidence is processed by our verification partner and kept server-side. Reviewers see it through short-lived, access-checked links only.
